Carryout / Curbside Pick Up / Delivery FAQ

We understand and share your concerns about health and safety. It's something we never took lightly prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, but we have an increased emphasis on our practices and policies regarding sanitation and food safety 1. What payments will you take? At this time, we will be able to take credit card & gift cards as form of payment for phone orders and credit card only for online orders. 2. I'm a VIP, do I get points for Curbside pick up orders? Absolutely. Please make the person taking your order aware that you are VIP and we'll be sure your points are added to your account. Only VIP members can use our online ordering, so yes you will automatically receive points when placing an online order. 3. I'm not a VIP. Can I still place a carryout order? Of course. You may call the restaurant at 262-248-4381 to place a carryout order. Online orders require you to be a VIP/Loyalty Rewards member. Joining the club is free and has many perks (visit our Loyalty Rewards tab) and one of them is the ability to shop online. 4. Can I use coupons for Curbside pick up orders? Unfortunately, coupons are valid for dine in orders only. 5. Where do I go to pick up my order? An attendant will be available to assist or you may come inside to pick up your order.
If you would prefer curbside and an attendant isn't available, please dial 262-248-4381 x0 and let us know you've arrived and we'll bring your order to you. 6. Why does the online ordering menu say that you're closed before the time posted?
All online orders must be received a half hour before closing time for pick up by closing time. 7. Do you deliver? We currently offer delivery to local areas through DoorDash. You can track your delivery through the DoorDash app. Stay tuned for updates on delivery zone expansions.
